With its more than 3.2 million tags on Instagram, (#bento), Japanese Bento or Obento (the initial “O” is an honorary form) wins the record of popularity among the homemade box lunches made to be brought at work, school or in an outdoor pic nick.

Authors of these small gastronomic works are usually mothers or girlfriends in love that, every morning, set their alarm clock one hour before the necessary, wear their apron and assemble it may be using the ingredients cooked the night before.
