In Japanese Daidokoro - 台所 means Kitchen, Labo is the abbreviation for Laboratory. It is the place where you experiment, make mistakes and try to improve yourself. The ultimate goal? To cook delicious food that will satisfy our body and soul.

Since I arrived in Japan in 2018, Daidokoro Labo has become something more. A diary, a place to share some of our travels, my love for Japan and more.
Through this simple Blog I had the opportunity to meet so many beautiful people with the same passions as me, and I couldn't be happier. I hope you will find a comfortable place to stay now and then!
